Last updated: July 21, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and your purchase or use of products and services offered by Signal Source LLC, doing business as Kosher V’Yosher (“Signal Source,” “Kosher V’Yosher,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the site, placing an order, or using a product or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase or use our products or services.
1. ABOUT US
Signal Source LLC, doing business as Kosher V’Yosher, provides kosher and filtered devices, phone plans, accessories, media devices, and related products and services. You can contact us at Info@koshervy.com or +1 347-988-8778.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use this site only for lawful purposes and if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you purchase for an organization or another person, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for them. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
3. PRODUCT AND SERVICE INFORMATION
We aim to describe products, services, pricing, availability, compatibility, and filtering features accurately. Images may be illustrative, and specifications, features, pricing, or availability may change. Before purchasing, review the product description and contact us if compatibility, carrier support, school approval, filtering level, or another feature is important to your decision.
Filtered or restricted devices are designed to provide the configuration described for the product. No technology can be guaranteed to prevent every possible form of access, misuse, circumvention, or future change by a third-party network, application, device manufacturer, service provider, or user.
4. ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be processed, fraud is suspected, or another reasonable issue prevents fulfillment. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Prices, promotions, taxes, shipping charges, and accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Unless otherwise stated, amounts are shown in U.S. dollars.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carriers, inventory, weather, address issues, holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for promptly reporting delivery problems.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by the policy displayed at checkout, on the relevant product page, or otherwise provided with your order. Some customized, activated, configured, digital, service-related, or final-sale items may not be returnable. Contact Info@koshervy.com before returning an item so we can provide instructions. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
7. NO REVERSE ENGINEERING, TAMPERING, MODIFICATION, OR CIRCUMVENTION
As a condition of purchasing, receiving, accessing, or using any product or service from us, you agree that you will not, and will not direct, enable, assist, encourage, or permit another person or system to:
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, inspect, probe, analyze, derive, extract, or attempt to discover any source code, firmware, credentials, keys, configuration, security mechanism, filtering method, restriction, or internal operation of a product or service;
• root, jailbreak, unlock, reflash, reprogram, alter, repair, open, bypass, disable, defeat, evade, remove, substitute, or otherwise tamper with any hardware, software, firmware, mobile-device-management profile, administrative control, filter, block, monitoring feature, access restriction, carrier setting, or other safeguard supplied or configured by us;
• modify a product or service in a way that changes its approved configuration, filtering level, intended operation, school-specific requirements, security, or restrictions;
• create, obtain, publish, share, sell, or distribute instructions, prompts, credentials, exploits, tools, code, models, data, or services intended to facilitate any prohibited activity described above; or
• use or allow any artificial-intelligence system, AI agent, autonomous agent, model, chatbot, coding assistant, bot, script, automation tool, remote operator, or other software or service to plan, research, test, perform, assist with, or conceal any prohibited activity described above.
These restrictions apply whether the activity is performed directly or indirectly, manually or automatically, by you or on your behalf. They do not prohibit conduct that we expressly authorize in a written agreement or a right that applicable law does not permit the parties to restrict.
Any violation of this section—including reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembly, modification, tampering, circumvention, unauthorized copying or redistribution, or using an AI agent or other tool to assist such conduct—is a material breach of these Terms. Signal Source LLC reserves the right to pursue all remedies available to it, including demands to stop the conduct and return or destroy unauthorized materials, injunctive relief, damages, recovery of costs where permitted, and other legal action. Where appropriate and permitted, Signal Source LLC also reserves the right to pursue halachic adjudication or relief before a competent beis din or other recognized rabbinical authority. To the extent permitted by law, a violation may also result in denial of technical support or voluntary warranty service, rejection of a return or refund where the issue was caused by the prohibited conduct, and suspension or termination of related services. You are responsible for losses, claims, or costs caused by your violation of this section.
8. NO UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, TAKING, COPYING, OR USE OF OUR APPS AND SOFTWARE
Our applications, software, source code, object code, APKs, builds, firmware, configuration files, filtering systems, device-management tools, administrative tools, credentials, keys, documentation, proprietary data, and related technology may be accessed, possessed, installed, activated, copied, or used only to the extent we expressly authorize.
You may not, without our prior written permission, access, obtain, take, copy, download, extract, retain, install, activate, use, reproduce, modify, sublicense, sell, resell, publish, disclose, transfer, distribute, host, mirror, or make available any such app, software, technology, credential, or material. This prohibition includes obtaining or using it from an employee, contractor, customer, third party, leaked source, device image, backup, repository, server, or other unauthorized source, whether or not money changes hands.
Unauthorized taking, access, possession, copying, disclosure, distribution, or use of our apps, software, or proprietary technology is a material breach of these Terms and may also violate applicable intellectual-property, computer-access, trade-secret, contract, or other laws. Signal Source LLC reserves the right to pursue all remedies available to it, including demands to stop use and return or destroy unauthorized copies, injunctive relief, damages, recovery of costs where permitted, and other legal action. Where appropriate and permitted, Signal Source LLC also reserves the right to pursue halachic adjudication or relief before a competent beis din or other recognized rabbinical authority. Nothing in this section restricts a right that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
9. PHONE PLANS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Carrier service, coverage, phone numbers, applications, payment processing, shipping, and other features may be supplied by third parties. Their separate terms, privacy practices, eligibility requirements, fees, and service limitations may apply. We are not responsible for third-party outages, coverage changes, or acts outside our reasonable control.
10. SCHOOL-SPECIFIC PRODUCTS
Products associated with a school or yeshiva may be configured according to information or approval supplied for that institution. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct school, configuration, and product. Approval or eligibility may be confirmed before fulfillment.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND SOFTWARE
The site and its original text, graphics, logos, images, design, and other content are owned by or licensed to Signal Source LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal, noncommercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit site content without prior written permission.
Software, firmware, applications, carrier services, and other third-party materials may be licensed rather than sold and may be subject to additional terms from their owners or providers. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms or applicable third-party terms.
12. DISCLAIMERS
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, continuous carrier coverage, or compatibility with every network, accessory, application, or future update. Any product warranty expressly provided by us is limited to its written terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signal Source LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the site or a product or service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires a different result.
14. PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information are subject to our privacy disclosures and the information presented when you submit a form or place an order. Squarespace, payment processors, carriers, and other service providers may process information needed to operate the site and complete transactions.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS OR SERVICES
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may also modify or discontinue products, features, or services, subject to existing commitments and applicable law.
16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Signal Source LLC has its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you remain unaffected.
17. GENERAL TERMS
These Terms, together with any product-specific terms, checkout policies, or written agreement that applies to your purchase, constitute the agreement between you and Signal Source LLC concerning the subject matter. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent; we may transfer ours as part of a merger, sale, reorganization, or transfer of the relevant business, subject to applicable law. Headings are for convenience only.
