Flip Phones

Flip phones may be returned within 15 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

KV Qin Pro

Returns of the KV Qin Pro are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Conditions

Please contact us before sending a return. Items must be returned in their original condition with all included accessories and packaging. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable for normal returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly. We will take care of the issue and provide return or replacement instructions at no cost to you.
